    Robert Borisage, founder of the Center for National Security Studies, and Richard Criley, part of the Alliance to End Repression, talk about government spying on citizens and the constitutionality of it. The pair talk about corruption in the CIA and FBI and how new laws can help curb the issues. They also explain the S.1 - Criminal Justice Reform Act 94th Congress (1975-1976).

There is no free speech at UC Berkeley and the university is no longer concerned with the students and the faculty on this matter. Richeimer says the main problem is whether the administration of the university has the right to control the content of speech.

    Even though unemployment is at 60% in Nicaraqua, and the people are very poor, Father Grant Gallup would rather live in Manaqua, Nicaraqua than in the United States. Gallup explained there are 600,000 shacks in Nicaraqua. In the US, police tear down shacks that the homeless build. According to Gallup, the press is freer in Nicaraqua as opposed to self-serving in the United States.

    Renault Robinson, founder of the Afro-American Police League in Chicago and Chicago Housing Authority board member, discusses police programs in public housing projects. He discusses how public housing breeds crime because families are struggling and the building conditions are terrible, and how a new police program can help fix problems.

    Reasons why a woman would want to change her last name are discussed with Priscilla McDougall and Teri Teper.
