Synopsis
Author, feminist, and women’s rights activist Gloria Steinem discusses and reads from her book “Revolution from Within: A Book of Self-Esteem.” The book focuses on the connection between internal and external change necessary for a revolutionary mindset. Steinem discusses several figures of inspiration during the writing of this book such as Steve Biko, Frederick Douglass, and Wilma Mankiller.
